Debby's practice is in the peaceful suburb of Pennington (Scottburgh), KZN. A qualified Therapeutic Reflexologist, Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, EFT Practitioner, Pranic Healer and Pranic Psychotherapist, Debby believes that a happy mind breeds a happy body.

Debby says; 'After a treatment people generally feel relaxed and revitalised. Occasionally some feel worse, which is a good sign since it indicates the release of toxic substances that are potentially harmful to personal wellbeing. Through ridding itself of noxious items, the body is able to create space for restoration and repair. For this reason plenty of purified water should be drunk after each treatment to assist the purification process. Ultimately, the individual will feel cleansed, liberated and completely energized.

Since disease and illness are psychosomatic and stress-related, total healing can take place with a change of attitude, which is easier when relaxed and at ease. Healing opens the mind, clears the consciousness and assists in dealing with the ‘stressful’ aspects of life. Understanding emotion is all part of the healing process. As restrictive beliefs and principals are released, greater awareness enriches the quality of life.'

Debby believes through our minds we can create our own happiness. By seeing every situation as an exciting challenge, we have the opportunity to become stronger and better soul.
